The Role

As a Growth Marketing Paid Manager on the marketing team, you'll execute Bloomerang’s paid media strategy and will work cross functionally to launch new paid programs. Ideally, you’ll have extensive experience across paid media channels like LInkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, CTV (Video streaming ads), and preferably 6Sense. 

What You Will Do

• Build strategy around paid media within the campaign strategy
• Manage Boomerang's paid media agency
• Analyze effectiveness of each channel week over week and month over month
• Adjust channels based on data regularly
• Manage a budget

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $122,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
