Job Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who will join our team in playing a key role in the growth of our affiliate and editorial partnerships. You will be responsible for diversifying our partnerships while also supporting the overall growth of this channel across our three brands. This is a high impact, fast paced role with a massive amount of learning and growth opportunity allowing you to make your mark on the company while being supported by your immediate and broader team. Our brands have gained hundreds of awards across key publications such as Forbes, GQ, Sleepfoundation, Wired, Apartment Therapy, US News, etc which has led to core partnerships that have played a strong role in the growth of our business. You will be a part of the team responsible for building these relationships in continuing to drive growth for the company.Â
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- General partner program management, maintenance, and communications
- Regular and ad hoc reporting and project management
- Supporting the partnerships manager(s) in the execution of strategies for program growth and optimization
- Monitoring the landscape to identify new opportunities and trends
- Auditing placements, promotions, and copy with partners
- Running and monitoring partner optimizationsÂ
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong analytical skills and uses a data-driven approach to decision making
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for in-depth data analysis is very important
- Excellent communication skills, is personable, and a strong communicator
- Self-motivation and assumes ownership of their workstream and a willingness to take on new projectsÂ
- An ability to multitask as well as prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A keen desire to learn, adapt, and thrive in an ever-evolving environment
- 6 months + experience in digital marketing
