BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Growth Marketing Product Specialist. The Growth Marketing Product Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, testing, and improving everything that can power growth regardless of the channel it inhabits. The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: A/B testing. Utilizing social, search, affiliate, and programmatic acquisition channels. The role is a member of the Growth Marketing team, and will also be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of paid media campaigns across programmatic display, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SEM, and other biddable media platforms.
What You Will Do:

• Performance Campaign Management - ensure all campaigns for Growth Channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Programmatic) are set up for success
  • manage growth channel campaign tracker, keeping creative assets organized, ensuring all creative has been approved by legal/IP owners, and is accompanied by copy
  • submit creative requests into workfront, providing growth team with status updates and timing, working closely with The Source main contacts
  • complete briefs, adding in creative specs and specific platform needs for campaigns
  • work with partners (knicks, nba, etc) on their paid channel commitments
  • campaign recaps, in collaboration with channel leads and measurement teams
• Ad Operations - maintain daily performance in partnership with martech and measurement teams
  • working with platform partners on new state launch approvals and legal paperwork required
  • granting access to new team members in business manager and regularly auditing account access
  • promo code management and QA - setting up new promo codes, testing promo codes
  • updating custom audiences in the platforms as needed utilizing marketo exports
  • create URLs with UTM parameters and send DCM request to mediamonks
  • regularly QAing promo codes and urls
• BAU
  • billing: provide reporting to align with platform invoices on a monthly basis
  • ad hoc requests from other teams (organic social, team partners, etc)
  • help schedule and "own" meetings for the growth team
  • keep up to speed on platform offerings and changes, updating team members as needed
  • take notes during meetings to provide meeting recaps with next actionable steps if needed
  • competitive analysis (providing weekly for exec stakeholders)

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or similar space is required
• Experience in social media, performance campaigns and ad operations is preferred
• Knowledge of the sports & gaming industry is a plus, but not essential
• Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others
• An efficient and confident communicator, strong organizational skills and ability to lead a project
• Data-oriented and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
• Regular attendance in the office
