Job Description

 We are looking for a business-to-business (B2B) Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Carrier Marketing team. This role will help develop, execute, and optimize campaign strategies designed to attract new leads, nurture prospects, and support upsell and cross sell sales motions. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of content marketing strategies and is highly analytical, technical, creative, and can work both independently and collaboratively. 

Core Requirements and Responsibilities

Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build marketing automation programs and track performance for all carrier email marketing sends, gated content downloads, webinars, digital advertising programs, and more
  • Design and optimize HTML emails and campaign landing pages
  • Maintain and update weekly email performance metrics
  • Manage account-based marketing initiatives, make recommendations for optimization, and own the overall vendor relationship
  • Work with industry partners to manage content syndication, advertising, and process net new leads on a weekly basis
  • Report on active nurture streams every quarter
  • Own all A/B testing and present results monthly
  • Own the execution of thought-leadership webinars from start to finish, including topic development, logistics, working with guest speakers, moderating live webinar events, and facilitating post-webinar tasks
  • Compile a weekly email to the sales team and other stakeholders about our demand generation initiatives and results
  • Help plan and coordinate editorial calendar and quarterly spend
  • Manage the internal carrier marketing calendar
  • Continuously manage our quality control process for emails and marketing programs to ensure proper tracking and attribution
  • Perform quarterly content audits to help identify content needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations to build target lists for campaigns
  • Build nurture streams and cadences to help business development representatives connect with prospects
  • Participate in the content creation process, help brainstorm new topics, and suggest opportunities for content repurposing
  • Responsible for managing design requests and creating tasks for content creation process
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across departments

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in a B2B marketing role
  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred
  • Solid understanding of campaign development and management across digital marketing channels
  • Experience with buyer's journeys and orchestrating programs, vehicles, and campaigns to effectively reach audiences
  • Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation software tools: Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot
  • Experience using Salesforce and Salesloft preferred
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off data and analytics
  • Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Additional Requirements and Details:

  • Travel required up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection on an as needed basis
  • Located and working from an office location #LI-Hybrid 
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
  • Frequent sitting and/or standing.
