Please note, this role is 100% REMOTE, with offices in Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, and Gainesville, FL as hybrid optional. Candidates must live in Georgia or Florida, or state your relocation timing in your cover letter, to be eligible for consideration.

This is a part-time contract position (18-20 hours per week), with the possibility of increasing to full-time. The expected duration is through the end of 2023 with the possibility of an extension. We can work with the applicant to determine a regular schedule, but it must be between 9am - 5pm ET, M-F.

Are we looking for you?

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist / Digital Marketing Specialist who will work collaboratively with a 5-person team on client engagements, co-creating and managing client campaigns. We need an A-player who is equally capable of thinking of digital campaigns strategically, and getting hands-on with tactical implementation. Must be agile, committed to experimentation and skilled at turning data into decisions.

For this role, we need someone with 5+ years experience managing digital campaigns on the major ad platforms' dashboards, start-to-end (strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting). These platforms include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including SEO/SEM keywords and various ad types), YouTube, Pinterest, and StackAdapt. Additional experience is appreciated but not required: content strategy, email, digital events, and conversion rate optimization is also a plus.

Requirements

  • Campaign planning, including strategic understanding of channel and budget prioritization
  • Execute on tactics across multiple marketing channels
  • Maintain and optimize digital campaigns
