As Growth Operations Executive, you will work with in close collaboration with the Growth Executives and have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of clients (from startups to big corporations) and internal teams. This is a critical role responsible for driving the adoption and business. You will be helping the sales team in managing the client post go-live by handling the operational issues and coordinating with the internal teams to get the desired support. You will work on optimizing business processes and improving efficiency across the sales and commercial functions. This role includes the management of sales operations, data analysis, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, customer service, and other key departments. Key focus areas will include streamlining operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving profitability by improving workflows, implementing tools, and ensuring commercial excellence.


You will be responsible for:

  • Growth Operations Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring optimal performance, and managing CRM tools for accurate reporting. Take charge of the management of repository systems for operational resources, which include playbooks, legal documents, contracts, SOPs, and project management tools, making sure all documents are up-to-date, accessible, and organized. Ensure that team members have easy access to key operational documents and tools to support their day-to-day activities.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement process improvements to streamline workflows for merchant acquisition, sales, and account management, ensuring the team operates efficiently at scale. Lead initiatives to optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.Continuously assess and improve existing commercial processes to maximize efficiency, minimize errors, and drive profitability. Lead efforts to innovate and adapt the operations function to meet the growing demands of the business.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on product launches, feature updates, and SOP iterations. Establish a cadence of regular meetings and touchpoints with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between teams. Facilitate the alignment of goals and timelines for initiatives that impact the Growth team’s operations. Ensure all commercial processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Oversee and mentor the potential Growth Operations Executive, providing direction and support to ensure the team achieves its goals in improving operational workflows and merchant engagement. Set performance targets, track progress, and provide regular coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement and development. Collaborate with the Growth Operations Executive to manage CRM updates and ensure the system evolves with the team’s requirements. (In preparation of transitioning to People Manager after 6 mos to 1 yr)
  • Data & Insights: Manage and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention, and present insights to leadership for decision-making. Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of HubSpot (or similar CRM tools), ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and user-friendly processes that support the Growth team’s needs. Lead the analysis of growth-related data, tracking key metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in sales and account management. Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and provide insights to the leadership team, particularly around merchant adoption, product utilization, and upsell opportunities. Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into team performance, sales metrics, and product adoption rates.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales and finance teams together with the Head of Growth to develop accurate revenue forecasts, sales goals, and budget planning.
  • Commercial Strategy: Support commercial strategies by gathering and analyzing market data, developing sales incentives, and working on pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.

You may be a fit if:

  • You have excellent documentation and tracking skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, internal tools such as Clickup, Hubspot, Slack etc..
  • You have at least three (3) years of support, sales or sales support experience
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to coordinate and manage senior stakeholders on the merchant/client side
  • You demonstrate good understanding of payment processes or similar complicated domain
  • You thrive in working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multiple stakeholder environment
