Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Growth Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Growth Operations and Analyst Team (GOAT), supporting initiative leaders (Growth Managers, Partnership Managers) to explore, validate and execute strategies that drive new sources of revenue for SEEK.

As a pivotal member on the Growth leadership team, this role is responsible for effectively managing the GOAT team to build, support and optimise operations and analytics capabilities. You will have the opportunity to build your commercial acumen and be part of the transformation of growth initiatives, from the idea stage, to building a minimum viable product, and then onto scale. You will work on a dynamic range of initiatives, each of which have different requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the operational and analytical enablement of Growth experimentation and commercialisation
• Foster the team’s curiosity and desire to continuously optimise
• Overcome operational blockers to enable growth team to move at pace
• Setup governance and engagement plan for the team’s use of Jira
• Empower GOAT to be subject matter experts in enabling the broader Growth team
• Align with Growth Leadership team on priorities for effectively leveraging GOAT capacity across the portfolio of live initiatives
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with Initiative leads (Growth Managers and Partnerships Manager) as well as other cross functional stakeholders
• Level up our performance reporting capabilities for growth tea

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager or similar roles.
• Team leadership experience required
• Experience across Microsoft Office suite, HubSpot CRM, Confluence and Jira all highly valued
• Innovator, comfort working with ambiguity and problem solving 
• Capable of managing multiple and shifting priorities whilst delivering to tight deadlines
• Pragmatic and focused on delivering outcomes; biased toward action
• Ownership and drive to deliver outcomes working with cross functional and cross market teams
