Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Growth Product Lead to spearhead the international expansion of our brands including Shapermint Truekind and other global eCommerce leaders. You’ll be the strategic right hand to the International Expansion Director designing and executing the end-to-end strategy that powers frictionless localized shopping experiences across markets.

  • Lead the international growth product roadmap aligning with Trafilea’s global expansion goals.

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through data and consumer insights.

  • Oversee localized product launches including UX/UI payment methods logistics and compliance.

  • Develop scalable systems and playbooks for efficient international rollouts.

  • Monitor and optimize key metrics (AOV CVR RPV LTV) to drive growth and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Tech and Logistics to ensure seamless localization.

  • Implement A/B testing and CRO frameworks for international funnels.

  • Drive AI-driven automation and process innovation to scale operations efficiently.

  • 3+ years in Product Management or Growth roles ideally in eCommerce or global expansion.

  • Proven success launching and scaling localized international platforms.

  • Expertise in CRO A/B testing and agile product development.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills — comfortable with data tools eCommerce platforms and product analytics.

  • Deep understanding of cross-cultural user behavior localization and international logistics.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align global stakeholders around clear objectives.

  • A proactive entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
