You will be responsible for developing our growth product strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and executing opportunities for our acquisition and onboarding processes, think of solutions to improve conversion rates across the funnel and our overall user journey.
- Own the overall engagement and conversion of potential trial leads through holistic initiatives between Product, Marketing, Sales and Data.
- Work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand how they work and propose solutions to improve the customer journey through product improvements.
- Collect pain points of the platform, create feature improvements and drive new feature development from start to finish.
- Partner with user research, design and the engineering team to drive feature implementations, balancing customer needs with acquisition & activation goals.
- Measure, analyze and track KPIs for client acquisition, onboarding, platform usage, revenue, feature-specific adoption and general user behavior.
- Build a data-driven and systematic approach to collecting data points to help decision-making (e.g. CVR across the funnel). Ensure actionable metrics are identified for new products/iterations and understand their direct relationship to Kenjo’s KPIs.
- Define, prioritize and create continuous cycles of iterative designs, product ideations & testing: UX improvements, A/B testing, analysis, generating insights, user engagement tests, nurture flows etc.
- Communicate winning and losing experimentation, discoveries, and ongoing strategies to the teams and wider audience.
- A background in product management, data analytics, and marketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of having identified and shipped product initiatives that had a measurable impact on growth metrics.
- Ideally have worked in a startup before or high growth scale-up. Experience in the HR area is a big plus!
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the impact of product decisions on commercial outcomes.
- Experience leading metrics-focused optimization programs that embrace a customer-centric approach to identifying product needs.
- Cross-functional team spirit and a knack for creating a collaborative environment that will drive impact.
- Fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus).
