Growth Reporting Program Manager
Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Growth Reporting Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Growth team's monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting discipline along with the Director of Growth Planning and Analytics. The role will work to facilitate cross-functional teams working to identify barriers, solve issues, and enable growth within the organization, providing reporting to leadership, including the executive team, as necessary. The role will also provide corporate strategy and annual budget and planning support to the Director of Growth Planning and Analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities:• Responsible for organization, facilitation, and reporting for Growth Planning monthly and quarterly reports for each market• Supports the Growth Planning and Analytics department on corporate strategy accountabilities • Leads project management function for growth analytics projects• Leads annual budget and planning process for Growth Planning and Analytics• Helps coordinate internal communications efforts related to Growth Planning
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: • Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience: • Three years of professional experience in a multi-disciplined setting, either in health care, marketing, retail, or other consumer-focused business.• One year of professional experience in health care, preferably health insurance or care delivery.• Prior experience with leading/facilitating cross-functional teams.• Analytics/data-driven background strongly preferred.
Required Skills: • Strong analytical ability, with experience leading analytical projects / processes across a team of peers and/or cross-functionally. • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including utilization of complex formulas. • Strong Microsoft PPT, Power BI and verbal presentation skills • Organizes and presents data effectively. • Works well in a team. • Exhibits clear thinking in a high volume, fast paced environment. • Understands an organization's functional areas, business drivers, risks and resource requirements • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information • Advanced ability to create reports using a variety of tools such as Hyperion, SNL, Business Objects Preferred Skills: • Health care experience.
