Job Description

At Cho Tot, we aspire to make secondhand the first choice by delivering a reliable and effective Re-commerce platform for millions of Vietnamese to buy and sell used items. We are looking for a committed and strong Growth Specialist for Chotot Goods vertical (covering Electronics, Home Appliances, Pets, Fashion & Accessories, etc.). The ideal candidate will take responsibility for developing the marketing roadmap as well as driving collaborative execution to drive business success. 

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain Cho Tot Goods private sellers.

• Create and manage strategic acquisition plans to attract private sellers, focusing on sustainable growth loops.

• Take ownership of end-to-end execution of go-to-market plans for key features.

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

• Work closely with Marketing sub-teams (e.g.SEO, Digital, Brand, Creative ) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

• Collaborate with product teams to drive product adoption, provide user feedback and iterate for new product development.

• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum +3 years of experience working in Growth Marketing. 

• Data analytic skill 

• Experience in CRM tool

• A growth mindset 

• Critical thinking skill and user-focused mindset

• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work.

• Ability to adapt and learn fast in fast-paced work environment

• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Passionate about tech products, especially marketplace & ecommerce

•  Experience in e-commerce field is a plus
