- PA’s Growth Strategy capability has a proven record of working with senior leaders in major private and public sector organizations, directly addressing their biggest strategic challenges

Qualifications
You will be:
- Client-orientated, able to understand their challenges and build relationships
- Able to simplify complexity
- Insightful and creative, with integrity, drive and interpersonal skills and a genuine affinity for problem solving
- A strategic thinker, with an ability to define and undertake quantitative and qualitative research
- Open-minded and committed to inclusion of others and diversity of thought and background
- Able to work independently as the day-to-day client point of contact on assignments
This position has several requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a track record of exceptional achievement
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting in-depth data analysis
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- US work authorization is required
- Position is based in Chicago, IL
