Growth Strategy Manager

The opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented, and highly motivated Growth Strategy Manager to join our team.

A strong candidate owns the creation and execution of business strategies to help grow Unity, mostly by turning data into information, information into insight, and insights into business decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Play a key role in reviewing and optimizing Unity’s KPIs
• Collaborate closely with business teams and Product teams to design and prioritize growth strategies and initiatives
• Own and operate multiple complex projects that impact the company goals, locate and define new process improvement and develop automation.
• Communicate data, patterns, and trends to team members, partners, and clients.
• Manage the pipeline for new verticals and partnerships from end to end, including launch, measurement, and cross-functional scaling.

What we're looking for

• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability, even in situations where you have limited control.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, management, and peers.
