Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day support for business strategy projects for the assigned functional business area. Under close supervision, this job supports business leaders by generating metrics and drafting reports to support business strategies. This job helps ensure that the assigned functional business area is optimized and cost effective.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of team objectives through assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, meeting documents, presentations and other documents; create and update status reports, project tracker and communication platform for important initiatives
  • Oversee GSAD budget and expenditures, ensuring that the team has the adequate and suitable resources to successfully complete its activities (reconcile budget tracking, purchase orders, check requests)
  • Manage and execute vendor relationships including oversight of contacts and expenditures
  • Maintain consistent awareness of project execution across the multiple verticals of the team and provide and implement opportunities improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate & conduct meetings for the team and smaller subsets of collaboration for various project initiatives
  • End-to-end maintenance of Nuveen’s NASBA, CFP and IWI continuing education (CE) sponsorships including CE program submission, submission of CE-related expenses, CE participant reporting, issuing participant CE certificates
  • Coordinate and manage production, inventory, shipping, etc of Advisor Education materials in Nuveen fulfillment management system
  • Help input, review and record Advisor Education event information in Salesforce
  • Manage expense reporting for Advisor Education Specialists. Coordinate, manage and review Outlook calendars for Advisor Education Specialists
  • Advisor Education content submission, reporting, updating with internal platforms and Marketing teams for firm approvals

Base Pay Range: $30.00/hr. - $46.73/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
