The Job

The team is looking for a GTM Analytics Manager to support the business drivers and outcomes that are foundational to Marketing and Sales success. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of sales and marketing data from various sources, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, website analytics, social media, and other relevant sources. Report on all global marketing campaigns across email, CRM, Facebook, and LinkedIn to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop a streamlined reporting structure among all functions of the Marketing and Sales organizations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to the executive team and other stakeholders. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted and personalized email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and automation.
  • Support management of the Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot) / CRM (Salesforce) by ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and reporting for effective campaign execution.
  • Utilize historical data and market trends to create accurate sales and marketing forecasts. Assist in the development and management of sales and marketing budgets.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests and utilize data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional (global) teams, including demand gen, design, content, and product, to align on reporting goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Support Marketing Operations Director by implementing and maintaining marketing operations tools, platforms, and processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and efficiency in sales and marketing operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing and maintaining data governance best practices. Work with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales and marketing analytics tools and software to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in sales and marketing analytics. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the analytics team.
What You'll Need:
  • 5-7 years of overall experience; 3-5 years of GTM Analytics experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a trusted marketing analytics expert
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution and data management.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our San Diego, CA office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $98,000 to $122,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon various factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, scope of the role, and location.
