GTM Applications Manager

The Role:

This role is focused on supporting the Go to Market/Sales Organization. You will provide leadership and manage the work activities in the area of selection and implementation of Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that include new solutions and enhancement of existing systems. You will work with multiple departs internally to develop best practices, training and adoption of new systems and applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development as well as vendor selection and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff
• Accountable for availability and performance of applications portfolio, providing efficient application support and administration, including incident response/triage and release management, resolution management, service request fulfillment, and problem management
• Manage and maintain integrations with SalesForce and other platforms
• Drives stakeholder satisfaction by delivering quality applications and support with controlled and planned change management
• Drive adoption of tools within the GTM org, while monitoring productivity and providing insights around the tools as well as revenue forecasting
• Communicate project status to various levels of management
• Provide technical guidance and consultation on applications and related services to other departments, which may include reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation
• Provide strategy & direction of applications, partnering with business stakeholders, to make the tools work together to drive better qualification, data accuracy, forecasting, continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelors or advanced degree or related experience.
• Expert with GTM tools like Clari, Gong, 6Sense, Outreach, etc as well as Salesforce
• 7+ years’ experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Established project management skills
• Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Attitude consists of: proactive, energetic, positive, tenacious self starter, tough skin, effective listener, sense of humor, data driven mindset
