About The Role

The GTM Enablement Coordinator Messaging will develop and manage sales CS partner and marketing collateral focusing on aligning messaging across GTM functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and disseminate training materials and sales enablement collateral that reflect the company’s value proposition.

• Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new partners ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Fundraise Up's ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create onboarding resources documentation and training materials.

• Coordinate with GTM teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

• Develop training programs that include sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale and Solution Selling.

• Track and measure the effectiveness of the enablement initiatives to continuously refine strategies.

• Collaborate with reps to showcase the value proposition of new features and drive product adoption.

• Orchestrate the translation of new product and market developments and insights to valuable revenue-driving collateral and learning programs.

• Steer the development of standardized value proposition positioning motion and acumen trainings based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in GTM functions with a solid understanding of marketing channel sales and success processes and methodologies.

• Proven ability in content creation and training program development.

• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
