Stay updated with industry trends in AI and instructional design.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in learning strategy or instructional design.

Proven track record of leading large-scale learning initiatives globally.

Experience in applying AI technologies in learning contexts.

Ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills for conveying a strategic vision.

Experience in leading teams of learning professionals for 5+ years.

Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms.
