Job Description
Team: IT
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Engineer in Canada.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy, focused on building the systems and automation that power modern sales, marketing, and customer success functions. You will design and deploy AI-driven workflows that improve how teams engage with technical buyers and manage complex sales cycles. Acting as a force multiplier across GTM teams, you will transform fragmented processes into scalable, data-driven systems. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to build tools, insights, and automations that directly impact pipeline, conversion, and retention. In a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will be expected to translate business problems into structured technical solutions using AI, APIs, and data workflows. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role where your work will directly shape revenue efficiency and operational leverage.
Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered GTM systems that improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows.
- Automate end-to-end processes including lead capture, campaign execution, event workflows, and post-event engagement.
- Develop intelligent internal tools for knowledge discovery, enabling faster access to insights for revenue-facing teams.
- Build and maintain ABM and lifecycle campaigns with personalization, automation, and closed-loop performance tracking.
- Create AI-driven assets such as sales decks, competitive briefs, QBR materials, and customer-facing reports.
- Enhance forecasting and revenue analytics using AI-assisted models, predictive insights, and automated reporting pipelines.
- Support re-engagement and lifecycle campaigns to revive and convert closed-lost or inactive opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM functions to translate business needs into scalable technical workflows.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, or SaaS growth environments.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to automate workflows, generate content, or analyze data.
- Strong ability to design structured workflows from ambiguous business problems and translate them into scalable systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL or data querying.
- Experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect business metrics to operational execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with technical buyers or in technical domains (e.g., DevOps, security, infrastructure, or compliance) is a strong asset.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership in fast-paced, distributed environments.
- Remote-first position across Canada
- Competitive compensation ranging from 130,000 to 200,000 CAD, plus equity opportunities
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with strong employer coverage
- Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance
- Retirement savings plan and additional financial benefits depending on region
- Professional growth opportunities in a high-impact, fast-scaling SaaS environment
- Strong culture focused on autonomy, ownership, and collaboration
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven GTM technologies
