As a GTM Financial Analyst at CompanyCam, you will be responsible for financial analysis, planning, and providing strategic recommendations to the Sales & Marketing departments. A successful candidate will be able to provide data-driven insights into GTM (go-to-market) performance and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
In this job you will...- Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategy by providing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership and the Strategic Finance team to develop financial and operational plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain collaborative financial models in our planning system to support Sales & Marketing forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Build and maintain a robust internal reporting cadence of the metrics relevant to Sales & Marketing performance and initiatives.
- Conduct financial analyses to evaluate marketing campaigns and channels, including ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value.
- Provide analysis and insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and conduct market research to support decision making.
- Assist in Sales commissions and capacity planning processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field, with a focus on GTM.
- Have experience working with Sales & Marketing teams in a fast-paced business environment.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Be inherently curious and love using data to inform decisions.
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Have experience analyzing GTM funnel stages and building clear, effective reporting on performance.
- Be well-versed in online advertising (social, paid search, display, etc.) and marketing metrics, such as cost per acquisition, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Be proficient in financial planning systems (we use Pigment), dashboarding in BI tools (we use Metabase), SQL (huge plus!), and Excel (duh).

- Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform quickly.
- Have experience with Marketing Mix Modeling.
- Are familiar with marketing automation and CRM software, such as Intercom and Salesforce.
- Reside permanently and currently in the United States; Lincoln, NE or the surrounding metro area preferred. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the US at this time even if you're willing to work during US time zones.

Compensation: This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
