GTM Productivity Analyst

This opens up all sorts of exciting possibilities, and so our Sales team works closely with users on their unique needs. As part of the Sales Productivity team, you’ll be a critical thought and execution partner to both sales leaders and internal RevOps teams, building the infrastructure that makes us “great”. You’ll design workflows and systems, drive efficiency through scaled initiatives/projects, proactively audit Sales process, policy, and reporting needs, and equip our Sales teams with the tools to succeed as Airtable evolves and grows.Â
There is a lot of building to do. We’re looking for folks who know what good looks like, but who are flexible, resourceful, collaborative and really excited to join us on our adventure to figure out both the right long term vision and the right next steps for tomorrow.
What you'll do- Partner closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Finance, and Engineering on priority go-to-market initiatives and process enhancements
- Define requirements and work with Business Technology teams to improve and implement tooling
- Work with business stakeholders in Sales to audit existing processes and define requirements for scaled initiatives, providing the business perspective
- Design, manage, and document core sales processes and policies, such as Account planning/transitions, Opportunity management, and Prospecting
- Act and be seen as a general problem solver able to break down the hardest problems and recommend prescriptive solutions from a central, unbiased point of view
- You have 3+ years of experience in Sales strategy and operations for a high-growth SaaS or Technology company, or operational experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles Â
- You demonstrate the ability to scale and equip the business in a strategic manner, communicate big picture opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- You take a proactive, consultative approach, building trust consistently and quickly
- You have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- You work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Project/Change Management experience a plus
