GTM Revenue Operations Analyst

We are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team to work across our unique Sales and Customer Success organization. This is a cross-functional role with a strong influence in setting and implementing the strategy and direction for our fast-growing GTM teams.
You are an ambitious and analytically oriented individual well-versed in implementing operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of designing processes for inherently complex problems. What does it take?
- Responsible for supporting critical initiatives related to systems, processes, and strategy for our GTM teams.
- Identify process gaps and areas of opportunity for streamlining and automation
- Ability to translate business requirements to operational and technical requirements
- Drive quantitative review & analysis of KPIs and identify levers to improve efficiency and productivity across the business
- Use data to advise all layers of our operating processes and strategic direction.
- Own critical ad hoc reporting and analytics on crucial metrics
- Lead day-to-day field operations for Sales and Customer Success reps
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or any other analytical role in a SaaS environment.
- You are an expert in SFDC, Excel, and Google Suite, comfortable with BI Tools
- You have strong data analytical skills.
- You have thorough attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- You enjoy "getting into the details" by digging into sophisticated processes and problems.
- You can break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, where initiatives are fluid and require constant prioritization.
- You are passionate about the AI / ML industry.
