Job DescriptionThe primary responsibilities of a GTM Sales Enablement, Sr. Analyst will be to develop compelling sales pitches and create comprehensive playbooks. This role will design tear sheets, creating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) materials, and building robust sales materials. The role demands strong writing skills and a solid understanding of business operations. Experience in the ecosystem is crucial to weave compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. The Sr. Analyst will be a storyteller who can craft engaging and persuasive narratives to drive our sales efforts.
Essential Functions
Develop compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate value proposition
Design comprehensive playbooks to guide sales team
Create tear sheets to provide concise, relevant information about products or services
Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to ensure targeted and personalized marketing efforts
Build robust sales materials to support the sales team
Craft engaging stories that resonate with a variety of audiences, demonstrating your narrative design skills
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales enablement, preferably in financial services, banking, or FinTech
- Proven experience in creating effective sales pitches and playbooks
- Knowledge and experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create compelling sales narratives
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry ecosystem
- Experience in building comprehensive sales materials
- Craft engaging stories that resonate with a variety of audiences
- A background in narrative design or a related field is a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate through ambiguity
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travelΒ 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 146,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
