This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for:
RingCentral is looking for a manager to participate in supporting cross-functional transformation Go To Market Strategy programs . In this role, you will support the critical initiatives and cross-functional programs required to increase revenue and maintain a healthy margin profile across RingCentral. You should have a proven ability to execute tactically, effectively building strong bridges in the process, and hav e strong collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Product stakeholdrs .
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Us ing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify addressable areas of value across every functional area of RingCentral
- Organiz ing the identified areas of value into executable project-based structures
- Stakeholder the projects across the business at the executive level to cross-functionally gain alignment and support of the work
- Support assigned cross functional projects portfolio that will have material benefit to the external experience of our customers & partners, and the internal efficiency of RingCentral
- Through data-driven innovation align and leverage internal resources to build, develop, and support sales execution to exceed targets
- Innovate and experiment: Support experiments that test the latest theories to drive revenue improvements and new revenue motions
- Be focused on the user experience, having the salesperson as the priority and center, and working towards the satisfaction of the user needs.
- Lead/own the project of the solution to create and/or improve to be implemented, working with the different global areas and regions to have a comprehensive and robust approach, paying attention to the details, developing, understanding, and managing the dashboard & economics metrics of the solution.
- Lead/own the execution (tracking, monitoring , and improvement) of current solutions under her/his responsibility.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 + years of equivalent experience in Strategy, Strategy Execution, and/or Sales Operations, supporting B2B functions and channels
- Strong experience and comfortability working in an ambiguous environment (not out of the box thinking, but rather, rethinking what the box should be)
- Effective communicator that is proficient in executive storytelling
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, determine insights and develop programs to drive productivity and efficiencies
- Strong project management and business improvement capabilities with a track record of delivering results across a complex portfolio
- Strong operational background, working with or directly leading day to day business operations
- Must have SaaS, Telephony or High-Tech experience
- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree required ; MBA preferred
