The Opportunity:
As a GTM Strategy & Operation Manager, you will be responsible for Go-to-Market operations such as compliance issues, marketplace operations, policing price policy and monitoring price violation in on and offline markets. In addition, you will manage authorized/unauthorized dealers, and contract management. As an integral member of GTM Strategy and Operation team, you will also be responsible for analyzing various sales and market information, and provide meaningful analytics, reports, and sales tools. More specifically, you will coordinate between functional teams and Sales to effectively manage GTM strategy and provide insight to enable effective and transformative decisions to improve business performance.
What You'll Do:
• Monitor, gather, consolidate, and analyze various sales, promotion, and market data
• Provide meaningful analytics and reports by monitoring sales performance and competitive situations
• Be a go-to-market operational point person to drive GTM initiatives while partnering with cross functional teams throughout the organization
• Provide executable and measurable short-term and long-term go to market plan with clear insights into business, market, risks, and opportunities
• Continuously improve performance, process, and reporting tools including developing/automating GTM tools/metrics/KPIs
• Monitor performance to ensure meaningful outcome
• Monitor pricing compliances in on and offline marketplaces, gather reports, analyze, and provide findings in a timely manner
• Manage subscription contracts/invoices, and communicate to Procurement and Marketing teams for renewal and follow ups
• Analyze market intelligence and sell-thru data on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and influence data driven decision making through sales and operational analysis
• Support leaders to effectively and promptly run business with clear insights into overall business knowledge
Desired Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or relevant field of study with 7 years of advanced and progressive skills with Business, GTM, Analytics, Channel Operations, Sales, and Market Intelligence
• Especially strong analytical and excel skills and a disposition toward data drive decision making
• Results driven and problem-solving mindset with strong ability to ambiguity and adapt to changing business requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective writing and presentation skills, and ability to work with and influence senior level business partners
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Strong project management skills and/or experience for TV/IT industry and business initiatives or projects/programs
Preferred Requirements:
• Must be a team player, self-motivated, and have ability to multitask, plan in advance, and work in a rapidly changing environment
• Must be highly detail oriented, well organized, and strong analytical skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics
• Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to complete tasks
• Strong communication, both verbal and written skills required
