Guest Services Team Member, The Prince Experience

Superfly Media Experiences, LLC is partnering with the Prince Estate to operate Prince: The Immersive Experience, an experiential exhibit based on the legendary musician, Prince. Superfly is looking for ideal Team Members who have a passion for music, exhibit our core values, and seek fun in everything they do.
What we are looking for:
Superfly and the Prince Estate are seeking Guest Service Team Members to assist Guests through the multisensory experience from entry to exit. Responsibilities include welcoming Guests, selling standby tickets, engaging with Guests and offering to take memorable photos for them, organizing queues, and working with various technology throughout the space.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can project a positive and welcoming image to visitors.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome all Guests into the space, by helping them navigate the experience and engaging in friendly conversation.
- Assisting Guests with queuing up for their time ticketed entry
- Sell and scan tickets to the experience quickly and efficiently
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately
- Assist Guests with taking memorable photos
- Engage with Guests and encourage them to use the technology throughout the space
- Direct Guests throughout the experience to maintain efficient traffic flow and line control
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and ensure all on-site policies and protocols are being adhered to by Guests
- Answer any questions Guests may have about the experience
- Provide meaningful and memorable experiences for all Guests
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19 with a booster shot within 6 months of the last vaccine
- Must be able to wear a provided face covering throughout your shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Your experience:
- High school diploma (or equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)
- Previous event experience preferred
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred
- Experience using a ticketing system preferred
- Previous public speaking preferred
