Job Information

At CSAA Insurance Services, Inc.'s office in Glendale, Arizona, define solutions, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility. Configure and integrate with Guidewire's ClaimCenter, including but not limited to PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and EnterpriseEngage (digital). Practice full DevOps to ensure a culture of testing and releasing software on Amazon Web Services continuously using automation and monitoring. Perform technical code reviews and pair programming. Design and build capabilities/services in a continuous delivery model on a Guidewire cloud software as a service platform. Partner with leads and architects to help establish a technical vision and deliver innovative capabilities that are consistent, maintainable, and highly scalable for various commerce experiences. Work in a distributed/cloud-based environment, including Amazon Web Services and Kubernetes and related technologies. Use data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns. Use modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests. Leverage NoSQL using Amazon Web Services to ensure data storage is designed for security, reliability, availability, maintainability, and performance. Deliver software in a Scrum of other agile development process/methodologies. Partner with other teams to ensure the service ecosystem is loosely coupled and scalable. May lead and mentor other Software Developers. May work remotely within commuting distance of Glendale, AZ office.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, an Engineering discipline, or a related field and 3 years of development, configuration, and integrations experience with Guidewire's InsuranceSuite products.

Experience must include:

• A specialist or above certification in Guidewire InsuranceSuite products;
• Configuration and integration of Guidewire InsuranceSuite such as PolicyCenter and BillingCenter;
• Guidewire Unit Testing and Best Practices;
• Configuration of Gosu, PCF, Ruleset, and Gosu Plugins; and
• Distributed version control systems including GIT.
