We are recruiting for this 12-month contract role on behalf of our client Halo by Hines, a global real estate client with an online platform and a marketplace for premium, work ready offices. If you are a proactive and flexible leader who is unafraid of navigating a fast-paced environment and can make sense of incoming information quickly while driving projects forward, we want to talk to you. 

This is a remote role open in the US.

The Role         

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. As an UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience possible to our users, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Plan and implement new designs for web and mobile applications going from concept to wireframes to final pixel perfect designs in Figma
  • Optimize existing user interface designs
  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Understand  technical and business requirements based on user feedback
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
  • Create prototypes for new product ideas in Figma
  • Test new ideas before implementing via user feedback sessions
  • Conduct ongoing user research via zoom and in-person

 Experience

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS applications
  • Exposure to real estate or legal stakeholders ie lawyers, bankers, and real estate developers
  • Interest in real estate technology
  • Working in early stage ventures with small teams
  • Excellent communication skills
