Handyman

We're looking for a Handyman -

Main responsibilities:

• Ticketing tool for facilities support request
• Milan-ticket-queue management shared with the other Facilities Team members; Turin and Rome queue supervision when back-up is eventually needed
• Courier and postage: Courier website management - goods pack up/shipping/receiving
• Meeting room set-up
• On-site assistance for internal events
• Small general maintenance (furniture, light bulb/ strainers/ air diffusers replacement)
• Liaise with the Building Property Maintenance Team for any maintenance activities due
• On-site assistance to any ADP maintenance vendors
• Storage management
• Procurement local support: mobile phones/accessories/SIMs archive/collection/distribution; company cars/keys/documents archive/collection/distribution
• Vending Keys/remote control/HW accessories tracking file update
• Printer toner replacement
