Handyman/plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance person skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can tackle a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. • Handle plumbing, must know how to sweat copper, pipe work ect. • Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs. • Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring attention or repair. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Skills • Must be able to sweat copper .Also have experience with pipe work. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
