As Happiness Manager, you will partner closely with all teams in our New York office to ensure employees enjoy working in a safe, welcoming, and facilitating environment.
If you are a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager who is passionate about helping others and facilitating the success of teams, this role may be a great fit for you. In addition to day-to-day management of our Corporate HQ office in New York, you will also work with office contacts in our remote Americas offices to provide similar support services, as needed.
Teamwork and collaboration will be integral to the success of this position. You will be encouraged to participate in more significant projects and will regularly coordinate with other office teams.
It is mandatory to work from our New York office every day.
In this role you will:
- Support in the organization of daily office life: errands, shopping, and supplies (food, stationery, etc.), prepare meeting rooms, conduct minor maintenance, and be the point of contact for facility management
- Assist in organizing ad hoc or recurrent events for the team and the company (lunches, networking events, etc.)
- Help with onboarding new employees
- Welcome and support visitors and manage visitor requests
- Manage the office life budget
- Support the team in administrative tasks (documenting, organizing work trip, coordinating customer visits, ordering and managing office supplies and inventory, etc.)
- Make sure the office is clean, welcoming, and organized
You'd be a good fit for this role if you are:
- Polished and professional with strong interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Ability to practice discretion on highly confidential information
- Proactive in building relationships and like to meet new people
- Enthusiastic and able to build relationships
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible to change and able to adapt and pivot
