Hardware Asset Management Analyst:

4+ years’ experience in Information Systems

3+ years’ experience in a hardware asset management focused role required (below bullets encompass hardware asset management in more detail)

Experience with processing purchase requisitions/POs for hardware using an ERP system

Experience with contacting vendors and hardware vendors for model and configuration specs

Experience with working with IS teams on promoting the validation and approval of new hardware standards

Experience with contacting vendors on status of open orders

ServiceNow ticket management experience preferred

Strong ability to effectively and concisely communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally)

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and shows ability to follow up with multiple vendors.
