The team you'll be part of

Network Infrastructure

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

Education Recommendations

The job candidate should currently be enrolled in a accredited institution, and is a candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

What you will learn and contribute to

You will be a part of a team of engineers developing leading edge technologies for the internet routing and switching products for the Service Provider Market segment. You will be working with the latest tools, methods, and technologies associated with silicon development. The job provides the opportunity to learn alongside industry veterans and learn methodolgies and practices that are the latest advancements.

As part of our team, you will:

• Create and evaluate complex algorithms for Data Traffic Manager
• Research methods & means for optimizations
• Work with the latest tools & technologies
• Evaluate mathematic recurrence formulas
• Perform real-time measurement of various parameters, including traffic rates, traffic mixes, packet sizes, queue weights etcs

What is Nokia looking for from me

You have/ are:

• Enrolled in advanced mathematics related program
• Enrolled in advanced statistical analysis program
• Enrolled in a computer science and or electrical engineering program
