Network Infrastructure

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The team you will be a part of

You will be part of the engineering support group. You will support a talented group of engineers working on products that enable global communication.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

• Provide support in person, online or via phone.
• Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, and A/V systems.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Support Executive Briefing Center as required.

Your skills and experience

You have :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience providing engineering support / AV specialist.
• MS Teams or other video conferencing products.
• Microsoft Windows desktop operating system.
• Apple desktop operating systems.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Microsoft Office products and other desktop applications
• Experience with a digital signage product.
• Local area network concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting.
