A little about the role…
The Hardware Operations consultant will help with supporting and facilitating the end-to-end life cycle of Hardware; from ordering, updating and communicating customer tracking information, to supporting any potentially defective systems and ensuring a clear and consistent standard operating procedure is followed. Supported hardware includes (but not limited to): Procare Touch, Keyless Entry System, Network Door Controller and Bio ID Side Mount. This person will communicate effectively across all internal departments and customers, provide an excellent overall customer experience and build a positive relationship with our external vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the current hardware process while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision
- Work and communicate with multiple departments to support in deploying Procare hardware to customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Establish and maintain credible and professional relationships with external vendors
- Manage Hardware backorder and fulfilment
- Manage refurbished hardware and customer returns
- Manage weekly status reports to be shared with internal departments
- Manage Hardware/Billing Salesforce queue
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Delegate customer inquiries as needed to appropriate departments
- Develop reporting metrics to share with Executive Leadership
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Communicate effectively across all internal departments
- Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have..
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Professional phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (typing/email)
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Active listening skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience with Accounting principles is preferred
- Experience with third party relationships with vendors
- Great energy, attention to detail and project management abilities
- Proven work experience as a team leader

Salary
$50k-$60k DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.Explore More
