The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Hardware Solutions Engineer that will be responsible for resolving complex hardware problems remotely or in a customer’s environment. The Hardware Solutions Engineer will test, evaluate, and document the performance of our hardware and software products. They are focused on ensuring the customers experience with our products are positive and enabling the Internal teams with product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assists customers, technicians, and internal resources resolve complex hardware issues

• Administers test cases and evaluates outcomes of hardware/software performance tests

• Documents outcome of test cases and resolution for troubleshooting tickets

• Responds and answers hardware questions from the internal team

• Assists with production team to configure hardware for customer orders as needed

Candidate Expertise Required 

• Building/troubleshooting/QC computers

• Configuring and troubleshooting Windows operating system

• Audio/Video hardware installation

• Technical writing and creating system diagrams

• Customer Service

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Moderate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (O365)

Salary : 65,000-78,000 with Variable Bonus
