The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

• Proven ability to work independently, as part of a team or as a team lead. Strong teamwork skills are a must.
• Work across multi-discipline development teams, hardware, software, manufacturing, component engineering in triaging/diagnosing Nokia IP routers and switches.
• Work with designers, manufacturing engineers and customer support teams
• Hands-on supporting new and existing deployed Nokia products
• The candidate shall be flexible and adaptable to the challenges of a fast paced environment

Your skills and experience

• BS/MS EE required. 5+ years of experience in a product development or sustaining role.
• The candidate shall be flexible and adaptable to the challenges of a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with outside vendors and remote teams is critical

It would be nice if you also had:

• Telecom experience is preferred but not required.
