Job Description:

Aeyon is seeking highly motivated Financial Management (FM) Analyst's to support financial operations and budget execution. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and reporting on various financial processes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and supporting fiscal activities, including reconciliation and closeout.

Key responsibilities include supporting budget execution, cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal control assessments. The candidate will help evaluate, interpret, and apply financial management policies and procedures while also providing training, briefings, and assistance to relevant stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Experience Requirements:

Mandatory:  

Minimum 3+ years of experience in military financial management.

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance/accounting/business administration,

Waiverable/Substitutable: Yes, four years of equivalent work experience (military finance preferred)
