Job Description
Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a HAWK Program Integrator, with responsibilities for all technical aspects of the HAWK Ukraine program, serve as the nucleus for all HAWK efforts associated with Ukraine, and advise the HAWK SAMD IPM on all technical, schedule, and performance considerations. He or She will have an extensive and comprehensive background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Air Defense Systems operations, maintenance, and training.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
10+ years of HAWK Missile (or Patriot) System operations, maintenance, and training experience.
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of direct or related FMS experience supporting DoD.
Experience with other non-standard weapon systems a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
Able to work in a team setting and able to ask for help when the need arises.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide programmatic support services for program and project management, integrated product support, material management, financial management, and configuration management for Non-Standard Air Defense Systems.
Provide technical & programmatic support at Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Financial Management Reviews (FMRs), and Weapon System Conferences.
Develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and industry support contractors to coordinate and assure optimal customer support and on time accomplishment of the program's objectives within budget and schedule.
Prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data.
Serve as the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) training lead for HAWK efforts.
Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages.
Coordinate with software & hardware engineers regarding the testing, functionality, fielding, and subsequent training for HAWK.
Coordinate and provide logistics and technical support during all phases of the system's lifecycle from development through initial fielding and Live Fire Exercises (LFX) to end of life demilitarization.
An active DoD SECRET clearance is REQUIRED
