Hallmark Business Connections is looking for an Account Manager who strives to provide high quality service to our clients, while helping to achieve our growth goals. The Account Manager will work as part of a team and directly support Account Directors in the development and ongoing support of key client relationships.

The Account Manager will set up new accounts and launch new programs across our product solutions. They will keep abreast of client activity, ensure account retention and growth, manage communication with clients, proactively anticipate client needs, manage complex issues, and serve as an ambassador of the client's needs. The account manager will work closely with other HBC departments to adhere to all client requirements and schedules. Critical to success is the ability to establish credibility while relying on expertise of others and developing collaborative relationships with cross functional partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelors degree
  • One to three years experience in customer service or account management.
  • One to three years experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel for work, up to 30% of comparable work hours. This includes short notice travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients and large multi-million-dollar projects or contracts.
  • Experience in working with a cross functional team to solve operational challenges.
  • Experience working with demanding clients, including Sr, level budget owners.
  • Knowledge of marketing, strategy, and customer experience industry.
  • Experience in direct marketing, print production and mailing, digital technical solutions, and creative agencies.
  • Knowledge of the greeting card industry, especially the use of greeting cards in a business customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge or proficiency in Salesforce Cloud products, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing professional results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong account management, client interface and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Adept at handling multiple clients, issues, or projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
  • Proactive and motivated with a strong sense of urgency and desire to grow.
  • Forge strong integrated working relationships with internal teams and external partner.
  • Works well as an individual contributor and within a team environment.
