HC & Insurance Operations Associate

University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math.
Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing.
Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95%
Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines.
Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines.
Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions.
Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate
Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas.
Focus on quality standards.
Fast learner (both process & systems)
