[HCM] Admin Intern

In this role you will

• Handle all in & out courier/express delivery services.
• Order the stationeries according to Admin Executive request.
• Create & timely post all office-related announcements (repair & maintenance, incident, accident, fire-fighting, office guidelines, carpet & chair cleaning etc..).
• Support Office Manager to build procedure, prepare document for WP/ Visa/ TRC.
• Arrange meeting room as request of Sales team/ Marketing team/ BOD.
• Support Admin executive in welcome guest process.
• Support Community executive in Event and internal activities.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Your Skills and Experience

• Have EXCELLENT communication skills in English AND Vietnamese.
• Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or TOEIC score of 700 required.
• Preferably worked in a multi-national company or similar role.
• Capable of proficiently utilizing Google tools such as Gmail, Google Shared Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar,....
• High responsibility, well-organized and Can Do attitude.
• Pay attention to details.
• Be helpful, proactive and withstand work pressure.
• Multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
