HCM Client Implementation Analyst
Job Description
As a Client Implementation Analyst at ContinuumCloud, you will provide training and consultative services to new clients which will ensure the successful configuration, management, and implementation of our unified HCM product e3 within their organization. This position will work independently and cross-departmentally to ensure configurations are completed timely, accurately, and satisfactorily to the client. You will approach challenges as opportunities, identifying and communicating suggestions for improvement to your leadership team. This role will build valuable relationships with both our clients and internal partners, while focusing on making both organizations successful.

Requirements
How you'll make an impact:
- Be an e3 champion, maintaining knowledge of existing and new functionality and compliance changes
- You'll be the initial contact for all new clients stakeholders to begin needs assessment, data collection, the configuration of systems, training, and processing of the first payroll on e3
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal project managers to ensure that required data is collected, cleaned, and loaded to support the project timeline and provide a seamless transition for new clients
- Deliver a memorable client experience with every contact, professional handling every scenario
- Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with your peers and our Engineering team to identify solutions or workarounds for complex scenarios
What you bring to the role:
- 2 years experience supporting or implementing HCM with emphasis on Benefits Administration software solutions and a thorough understanding of payroll practices, processes, and applicable tax laws
- Experience and understanding of benefits, payroll, General Ledger, and carrier feeds and their impacts on each other
- Experience training or public speaking
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and identify gaps/discrepancies in data
- Passion for building strong relationships with clients and internal partners
- Ability to generate a sense of urgency and engage appropriate teams
- Skills to manage urgent issues to resolution in tight timeframes and competing priorities
- An FPC or CPP certification supporting your understanding of complex payroll scenarios is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on a positive tone, proper grammar, and spelling in English
