Responsibilities:
- Assist multiple clients with day-to-day administration of their Cornerstone On Demand system
- Participate in weekly or monthly calls with the client
- Provide best practices on system usage to achieve client's goals
- Act as the main client administrator when required
- Deliver the project requirements within budgeted hours while maintaining client's satisfaction
- Communicate with clients and partners in a professional manner through written and verbal communication
Minimum Requirements - Education, Skill & Abilities:
- Previous customer service experience strongly desired
- Minimum two experience supporting direct business or technology customers
- Previous Learning Management or Talent Management system a plus
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
- Excellent presentation skills; superior verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone skills and behavior
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to multi-task effectively during busy times
- Ability to work without direct supervisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- CSOD Certification(s) Preferred
Working Environment:
- Remote
- Once COVID-19 restrictions lift, up to 50% of travel is dependent on the practice and geography of the project assignment
