HCM Project Coordinator (Remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remoteProject Coordinatorto join our team. As a Project Coordinator at Mosaic, your goal would be to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will support multiple projects simultaneously and serve as a partner to our internal consultants and our clients. The Project Coordinator will be involved in the day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure that the projects are running efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Coordinate internal resources, adjusting project schedule in project management tool for successful completion
- Organize and participate in client meetings to communicate deadlines, ensure meeting minutes are recorded, and status updates are sent
- Assist in assigning project tasks torelevant parties and check in for status updates
- Ensure team members have the resources they need to complete their assigned tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and our clients
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Assist with managing the budget and facilitating change orders
How you'll be measured:
- Maintaining target utilization rate (on average 70%)
- Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project's requirements
- Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients
- Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business

Nice to haves:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, in business or related field
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience managing clients and teams
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Previous experience with UKG or other HRIS software
