Job Description

ContinuumCloud is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HCM Technical Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. As an HCM Technical Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of e3, our HCM and Payroll software for our clients. You will be responsible for configuration of the software including data loading and providing software training to ensure smooth and efficient utilization of our product.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, specifically related to their HCM and payroll information.
  • Configure the HCM software based on client specifications, ensuring accurate mapping and integration with their existing systems.
  • Facilitate data loading ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data during the migration process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product specialists, to ensure successful and timely implementations.
  • Conduct software training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the software.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution or escalate to the appropriate team as needed throughout implementation process.
  • Continuously stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HCM systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in HCM implementations, specifically with payroll information, in a similar SaaS company or HRIS implementation role.
  • Basic understanding of SQL databases and how they operate.
  • Understanding of Python for data manipulation and automation tasks is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience working with customers on software configuration and providing training.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with relevant industry trends and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
