HCM Technical Implementation Specialist

How you'll make an impact:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their requirements, specifically related to their HCM and payroll information.
- Configure the HCM software based on client specifications, ensuring accurate mapping and integration with their existing systems.
- Facilitate data loading ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data during the migration process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and product specialists, to ensure successful and timely implementations.
- Conduct software training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution or escalate to the appropriate team as needed throughout implementation process.
- Continuously stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HCM systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HCM implementations, specifically with payroll information, in a similar SaaS company or HRIS implementation role.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and how they operate.
- Understanding of Python for data manipulation and automation tasks is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience working with customers on software configuration and providing training.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with relevant industry trends and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
