Job Summary East Falls Restaurant is looking for an Experienced Chef with strength in running a clean, well-organized, professional restaurant kitchen. Includes BOH hiring, training, scheduling. Accountable for training staff in professional decorum, prep, set up, perfect cooking and presentation of all menu items, kitchen sanitation, and food safety. SafeServe qualified. Salary commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time Experience: • A minimum of 2 years professional kitchen management experience Duties • Ensures proper preparation of all items • Oversees daily kitchen operations. • Ensures compliance with food safety regulations and maintains cleanliness of the kitchen at all times. • Ordering, proper rotation, and stocking of all food ingredients and supplies. • Collaborates with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. • Trains kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling practices, safety protocols, and professional conduct Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: • Philadelphia, PA 19129 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Philadelphia, PA 19129: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
