Overview
- The Head of Data Analytics will be responsible for leading and managing the data analytics function within the Financial Planning and Analytics vertical of 3Pillar Global. This role involves developing and implementing data strategies, overseeing analytics projects, and ensuring the effective use of data from different departments to drive business decisions to achieve the goal of 3Pillar becoming a data driven company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in, financial planning and leadership, data analytics with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Qualification & Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analytics, financial planning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of data management, governance, and business intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with financial planning processes and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Translate business requirements into data requests, reports and dashboards.
- Good understanding of Data engineering and Business Intelligence processes
- Knowledge of any public cloud platform
