Qualifications: • Performs duties necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe building with a sparkling appearance • Full disclosure of past work history • Experience in operating all floor and rug care equipment • Experience in operation of snow removal and lawn care equipment • Reports all items needing repair to the appropriate designee • Reports all safety hazards to appropriate designee • Provides custodian support service necessary for the proper operation of the education program • All PA required clearances, a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork
