Job Description

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the entire finance team and functions, including FP&A, Reporting, Tax, Payroll and Procurement
• Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and executive management team to guide the direction of the business.
• Advise on long-term business decisions and financial planning
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, be responsible for strong internal controls and oversee the preparation of financial reporting
• Establish and develop relations with senior management, regional and global teams, and external partners and stakeholders
• Liaise with the regional finance teams on any financial issues
• Act as a business partner to drive business initiatives and recommend changes for process improvements
• Drive the improvement of control processes, develop strategic, conceptual and operational solutions to finance daily operations
• Be responsible for any ad-hoc analyses/tasks requested from management
• Strategic thinker who possesses solid business acumen and is able to organize and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance / Economics / Business, or other related areas
• At least 8 years of relevant experiences and over 4 years of team management experiences
• Certified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualifications with Big 4 experiences is a must
• Experience in food delivery, logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Fast learner, ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with great project management and follow-through skills, employs a can-do attitude to problem-solving and push for improvements
• Detail-oriented, flexible with hands-on mentality, committed to delivering high quality work product
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to get on with people at all levels and across local, regional and global teams in the organization.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, capable of seeing a situation from multiple perspectives
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledgeable of MS Office and excellent command in Excel is required
• Good knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide) is highly preferable
